Bennett's (red-necked) wallaby

A group of Bennett’s wallaby droppings found in the Waimate area, south Canterbury. Here, the square or slightly elongated individual pellets have clumped together into a longer shape, which could easily break into the separate pellets if disturbed. Fresh droppings are black.
